Write Up:
This is an amazing hike. The hike in is approximately 2-2.5 hours in to Norman Lake Campground. The elevation gain is 725 M. One must have backpacking experience and be fit.

On Friday after lunch we did an exploration hike around the meadows, did some 'bushwhacking' to access a possible hike up to a summit. Fun but tiring, so we rested about half way and then turned back.

Saturday was a full day trip to Sunset Pass and Pinto Lake. We were informed about a short cut and as a group decided to look for it as a way to return to camp. Do to the time our group did climb up this route but is NOT recommended as it is very steep and technical.

Sunday we did a short walk to Norman Lake before heading back to our cars.

Other then the short cut we took back to our camp on Saturday the event went well, beautiful scenery and great group.
