Itinerary:
Explore contrasting neighbourhoods on the south side of the river. Join your fellow EOC members for a Safe, Relaxing ride. We will meet at Confederation Leisure Centre on 12204 43 Ave and ride east through Rideau Park to 106 St, north on 106 St through Strathcona to Saskatchewan Dr then west on Saskatchewan Dr, around the Saville Sports Centre then south on 115 St/114 Street to 43 Ave and back to Confederation Leisure Centre.

Please do a maintenance check of your bike the day before and make sure it is in good condition such as chain oiled and tires properly inflated.

NO SPEED DEMONS. Please stop at all red lights. This is a GROUP ride so we will stay together as much as possible

Most of this route is on shared paved paths or bike lanes so reasonably safe. Extra caution is advised at intersections. We will have at least one 10-15 min rest/snack break and enjoy the view of the River Valley below. There are no major hills on this route. It is relatively flat.
