Meet in the parking lot at Fort Edmonton Park at 6:50 PM for a 6:55 PM sharp departure. Meet at the eastern part of the parking lot, furthest away from the John Janzen Nature Centre, closer to the Quesnell bridge.

We will head west alongside the river past Fort Edmonton, then cross the Fort Edmonton suspension footbridge to the north side of the river.
On the north side, we will go up a set of stairs with a great view of the River Valley from the top!
Once we have recovered from the stairs, we will explore the trails of Patricia Ravines, Rio Terrace, and Wolf Willow Ridge.
After our exploring, we will cross the river again, and return to the meeting place via the upper trail past Fort Edmonton.

Dogs are welcome on this hike, however they must be *leashed because there is no off-leash area where we are going. If you are bringing your dog(s) please note this when you sign up for the event.

At the meeting place Mark will have a bright royal blue Edmonton Outdoor Club baseball cap hanging on the antenna of his car.
