**NOTE: Please read all details in red below RE: COVID-19 Protocols before signing up!

**Please note:
- I am only going to have 8 people max including myself on this event.
- This will be a moderately paced walk of ~5km/hr.
- This event will be weather dependent, please check the EOC calendar and your email for any updates.

About this walk: ~11-12km, ~2.5 hours plus a short snack break along the way

We will head west on the north side of the river through Riverdale past the Cloverdale foot bridge to the Low Level Bridge. We will cross over to the south side of the river, head back east through Henrietta Louise Edwards Park, Cloverdale, then Forest Heights Park. For a short bit we'll need to walk through a residential neighbourhood on the south end of the Riverside Golf Course. Finally we'll cross back over to the north side of the river at the Wayne Gretzky Bridge then head west on the north side of the Highlands Golf course back to the parking lot.

**There could be icy sections on this paved trail so please bring your ice grips with.

OPTIONAL: Afterwards we could head to either the Little Brick Cafe or Dogpatch Bistro Pub in Riverdale for a bite to eat or least a beverage. They have an outdoor patio at each location for us to sit back and relax at. :)
