Come join us at Coronation Park for a BBQ! We'll supply the
wood for cooking (we're asking $1 per person to cover this cost).
BYOB: bring your own beef. There will also be a potluck for side dishes (salads, veggies,
desserts). Please bring your own plate/bowl, cup, and eating
utensils to minimize waste. This will be a joint social with our dragon boat team the Edmonton Outdoor Dragons. After supper, if the weather cooperates, we can play some frisbee and other games. Feel free to bring some of your own sporting equipment if you like. We will meet at SITE 1 of Coronation Park (red canopy). | |||||||

Passengers will pay the coordinator, and he/she will distribute the money to the carpool drivers. SO PLEASE BRING CASH!!! Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $5.80 (calculated at total Km * $0.29, effective Friday, April 25, 2025). This is based on $0.09/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divided by 9. This cost will be multiplied by the number of carpooled cars, and divided by the number of carpool participants. | |||||
