Meet in the parking lot at Fort Edmonton Park at 6:20 PM for a 6:30 PM departure. Meet at the eastern part of the parking lot, furthest away from the John Janzen Nature Centre, closer to the Quesnell bridge.

We will head West on trails past Fort Edmonton, then cross the Fort Edmonton suspension footbridge to the north side of the river.
We will then hike the trails below and into the Wolf Willow area, since the stairs are not accessible due to erosion control construction.
After our exploring and stargazing past Rio Terrace, we will cross the river again, and return to the meeting place via the Quesnell Bridge to Fort Edmonton.

Dogs are welcome on this hike, however they must be *leashed because there is no off-leash area where we are going. If you are bringing your dog(s) please note this when you sign up for the event.

At the meeting place Deb will have a bright royal blue Edmonton Outdoor Club baseball cap hanging on the antenna of her Jeep.
