Trail Run - 17KM (1/25/2018)

**This run is not for beginners.

We will meet at the Alfred H. Savage Centre to start the single track trail run. The course will follow a portion of the RVR race that was held this saturday. The goal will be to complete the 17KM in under 3 hours.

We will meet outside of the Alfred H. Savage Centre at 6:20PM. The event will start at 6:30PM. I will be timing and tracking the run so we have an idea of the pace we are running at.

  • Proper footware
  • Dress in layers
  • Water
  • Microspikes: for running
