Itinerary:
Come out and join us for a mid week recharge with nature. We will start out at Dawson Park and walk east for roughly 1 hr and then return via gold bar park on the south side of the river. This path will take us past the local sandstone/hoo doos.

We will be meeting at the picnic tables outside the washroom shelter. Mandy will be dressed head to toe in pink.

Difficulty: the walk will be at a "moderate- brisk" pace (approx. 5km/h) This urban hike will be about 10km .

Dogs are welcome on this hike; however they must be leashed as there are no off leash areas. If you are bringing your dog(s) please note this when you sign up for the event.

Required Items to Bring:
  • Weather appropriate clothing
  • Comfortable, supportive hiking footwear with good traction
