Itinerary:
This has become day 1 of 14 Day Challenge.
We'll meet at Millwoods Park at 9:00 AM for a 9:05 AM departure. We'll keep the pace a bit brisk, but no higher than 30km/hr, hoping to average about 21km/hr.

Required Items to Bring:
- Bike Road Bikes or Hybrids are best suited owing to the speed.
- MANDATORY Helmet
- Water
- Basic Repair Kit (spare tubes, etc)
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
- Weather appropriate clothing (we never know what the weather will bring us)

Notes:
Please note that this ride will be a bit faster than a leisurely pace, hoping to average 21km/hr over the entire route but keeping the speed to 30km or lower.
As mentioned a Road Bike or Hybrid is best suited, but if you're able to keep up with another bike feel free to bring it along!
