Itinerary:

We will start out at the Muttart at 7:00 PM, go across the Cloverdale bridge towards Dawson Park for roughly 1 hr and then loop back. I hope to make to the Kinnard Ravine and past the local Hoodoos. It will be roughly 8-10km with a mix of packed and paved trails. This will be the last chance to walk the Cloverdale Bridge and explore Louise Mckinney before the area goes under the River Valley LRT line construction.

We will be meeting in the parking lot off Henrietta Louise Park. Mandy will have a Neon Yellow Head band on, and be driving a Red Ford Escape. Mark will have a yellow EOC cap hanging on the antenna of his car and wearing his blue EOC cap, so you can recognise him. Afterwards will be going to a local pub for a bite to eat if you wish to join us.

Difficulty: the walk will be at a "moderate-brisk" pace (approx. 5km/h) This urban hike will be about 8-10km only.

Dogs are welcome on this hike; however they must be leashed because there is no off-leash area where we are going. If you are bringing your dog(s) please note this when you sign up for the event.

- Weather appropriate clothing
- Comfortable, supportive hiking footwear with good traction

The Muttart Conservatory is right off of 98 Avenue. We will meet in the parking lot on the north end ( but still south of 98 ave) . Look for Mandy with a Neon Yellow Head Band and Red Ford Escape.
