We will meet in front of the Snow Valley Ski Centre at 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start. I will be accompanied by my red husky/shiba inu puppy.

From Snow Valley, we will walk north through Whitemud Park as far as Fox Drive, then continue up a steady climb to the Grandview Heights area. We can enjoy the view from the top of the stairs overlooking the Quenell Bridge and then return to Snow Valley via Whitemud Park.

Difficulty: the walk will be at a "moderate-brisk" pace (approx 5km/h) and we will have a steady climb up the trail from Fox Drive to Grandview Heights.

Also, you will need a headlamp / flashlight, and suitable footwear/clothing for a winter evening hike!

**Please keep an eye on the weather forecast and your emails before the event, as it could be postponed in the case of severe weather (eg. heavy snow / freezing rain) - I also take into account driving conditions to/from events.**
