I have signed up with the City of Edmonton for their Kickboxing - Combined Intro/Inter & Adv classes - course code: 543049. The 3 classes are on Monday evenings from 7:00 - 8:30 PM on August 10th, 17th, and 24th.

Description: Learn proper techniques while developing quick reflexes, agility, stamina and flexibility.

Sign up on the wait list, book ASAP and pay for your spot via the City of Edmonton's website (course # 543049) by selecting "Fitness, Sports and Wellness", then Adults, Kickboxing - Show Courses, Add (course 543049), then go to the Shopping Cart for payment.

Once you're done, e-mail me a confirmation that you have done this, and then I will move you onto the attendee list.
