We will start at the main parking lot at Snow Valley ski hill and proceed south approximately 6km towards 23 Ave, where we will make a circuit and continue back along the main gravel path. **Please be aware with wintery weather, the trail could be slippery in some sections.

Required Items to Bring:
- Water
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
- Snacks if you feel you might need it
- Headlamp or flashlight

Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
- Poles, if you need to have some balance on hills
-hiking cleats for ice and snow traction
- Gaitors

How to Get There:

Event Directions:

Take the Whitemud Drive East or West (depending on which direction your coming from).
Turn South onto 119 St. Then turn west (first right off 119 St).
Rainbow Valley Rd. has a sign labeled Whitemud Park. Take this road to the first parking lot after you go under the bridge. This is the start of the event.

Look for Mark wearing a Yellow EOC hat.
