EOC Volunteer Info and Social!

**PLEASE NOTE NEW DATE OF MONDAY MAY 5th**

Come out and chat with the EOC Volunteer Coordinator Ian M, other EOC volunteers, and volunteer hopefuls:

  • Current Volunteers: A chance to come out and visit with our other volunteers - past, present and future
  • Volunteer Hopefuls: Come out and visit with club volunteers and get some information about joining our volunteer team
  • Past Volunteers: Catch up with folks you haven't seen in a while.

There will be no official club business discussed at this event, but if you are interested in coordinating events for the EOC, or just want some information, come on out for this informal gathering.

All food and beverages will be pay as you go - no tabs. Sorry for the inconvenience, but it's too hard to keep a tab straight with people coming and going and moving around.
Also, the staff at Block 1912 would be very grateful if you make a purchase, however modest!

Ian will be wearing the yellow EOC ball cap, or it will be on the table.
Please try to arrive between 6:15 and 6:45pm, because if numbers are low I'd like to get finished by 8:00pm at the latest.

The venue is Block 1912 cafe on Whyte Avenue between Calgary Trail and the Princess Theatre.
Block 1912 is a relaxed European-style cafe which serves a wide range of drinks and food.
