Itinerary:
This is an immediate follow-up to Ease Into Cycling Route 1a
We'll meet at the first parking lot in Rundle Park at 2:00PM for a 2:10PM departure.
We'll follow the path around the park, and up and into Goldbar Park.
The plan is to head out for about 10km, then turn around and head back for a total of approximately 20km.
There will be some inclines but we'll keep the pace slow enough so it won't be too challenging. Getting off to push isn't anything to be ashamed of, this is meant to be a beginner ride but also to begin ramping up to more challenging riding.

Required Items to Bring:
- Bike (Any type will do for this ride)
- Helmet (Mandatory, no Helmet = No Ride)
- Water
- Basic Repair Kit
- Fun and Friendly Attitude
Recommended Items to Bring:

- Camera
- Weather Appropriate Clothing (Knowing Edmonton's weather, be prepared for anything)

How to Get There:
Event Directions:From 118 Ave, turn south onto Rundle Park Road, follow that to the first parking lot on the East. Look for the coordinator with the Yellow EOC cap.
