Itinerary:
We will ski from the Islet Lake staging area to Meadow shelter and back (at a pace of about 6.5 km/hr). The trails are double tracked for classic skiing. The trails go out in series of interconnected loops from Islet Lake. All junctions are signed with trail maps. The trails undulate through aspen forest past a series of lakes. There are plenty of ups & downs but no major steep hills. The trails are easy with some intermediate sections. We will ski about 17 km. Intermediates or strong beginners only please.

If you don't have skis, you can rent ski packages at Mountain Equipment Co-op or Totem Outfitters.
