Come join me for a drop-in group Zumba fitness class at the Commonwealth Community Recreation Centre.

Here's a brief description of the class: Zumba A Latin-inspired dance fitness class. Have fun moving to Latin music – join the party!

Look for Sandie at the main entrance at 5:45pm - please do NOT be late! Class runs from 6:00-7:00pm.
