Itinerary:
*NOTE: We will meet at 5:50, and start walking clock-wise around the lake at 6:00PM. So if you're late, you'll have to find us on the walk around the lake (try going counter clock-wise to meet up with us, look for the large group of people).

We will meet at the Castledowns Library parking lot, walk around the lake a couple times to get in some good weekday night exercise, and work up an appetite for a few appetizers at the nearby Brewsters. Participants are welcome to finish after one loop or continue for two.

Although largely artificial, Lake Beaumaris is the largest lake within the city limits of Edmonton. The trail around the lake offers great paved and snow shovelled walking path for year round walking with lighting all the way around the lake.
Note: Although this is a paved trail, we don't know if it will be cleared. Please be prepared for ice/snow/uneven trail.
