Itinerary:
We'll meet at the parking lot to the west of the intersection of Groat Rd and River Valley Rd. at 6:15 for a 6:30 sharp departure.

We'll do this ride as a half-and-half... we leave our meeting place and go one direction, then return (where anyone who is "done" may bail), then ride the other direction and return. The first half will take about 30-40 minutes at no more than 20km/hr, and the second half will take 20-40 minutes at about 15km/hour.

First Half: Ride east along River Valley Road, past Rossdale Plant and then follow the river paths to the Low Level Bridge. Cross the Low Level Bridge, then head south along the river again up the nasty climb to Nellie McClung Park (there's no shame in getting off and pushing). Continue through Queen Elizabeth Park, cross back over the 105 St Bridge. Head west to our meeting place.

If anyone has had enough at this point, you may leave.

Second Half: Head west from the parking lot up McKinnon Ravine to Summit Drive, through some residential and then back down McKinnon to the start. As per recent tradition, refreshments at a nearby pub after may be in order.

Required Items to Bring:
Bicycle, helmet, smiles and good attitude.
Money for drinks after
Recommended Items to Bring:
