Well that someday is today!

"Many fine things can be done in a day if you don't always make that day tomorrow" – Anonymous

Not only is commuting to work by bike saving the environment it is also adding years to your life!

Many of us are trying to cram a workout into our busy day... so why not do it on your way to work and back from work. You will quickly find that you are more alert throughout the day and will also find the value in dealing with your stress BEFORE you get home!

Yes I could go on... :-)

During this workshop we will discuss everything from:
- What kind of bike to ride
- What you need to start
- How to start
- How to ride in traffic
- How to plan your week
- How to plan your route

When will we get to ride our bikes?

We will be riding our bikes throughout the whole session. How you may ask?

We will be covering a topic at every stop. Thus, there will be around 6 rest stops in all. At each rest stop we will discuss the topic of choice. Therefore, the whole workshop will be interactive to keep your attention :-)

This workshops is for all abilities. We will not be traveling more then 10km's and the pace will be gentle. Furthermore there will only be one climb - PHEW!

So come out and see how easy it is to commute to work by bike.

Btw - For those who think their work place is too far... try driving half way then biking the rest. Just one of the many hints and tips you will get from attending this workshop.
