Itinerary:
We will meet in the parking lot at the entrance to the City Zoo parking lot and Sir Wilfred Laurier Park, this is past. the east end of the zoo parking, at 6:05 p.m. for registration and leave at 6:15 p.m. for the hike.
We will be hiking north along the river past Laurier Park. Then we will cross the river on the Buena Vista Foot bridge and walk back along the river, we will climb two sets of stairs for about ten minutes each time. Then we will come back across the Quesnell bridge. The hike will be about two hours with a moderate to fast pace. The trails may be slippery with snow and ice or mud. Good footwear is essential.
