Itinerary:
This ride is intended to be both fun & a little difficult (a least for me). The idea is to work our areobic capacity a little but not unreasonably. The head of the ride will stop for regular "regroups" & the last person arriving at the "regroup" will be the one to decide when the rest period has been long enough.I hope that we will cover 20 kilometers going north into Rundle Park & into Hermitage Park.

Required Items to Bring:
A reliable bike that has been already been sucesefully ridden this season.A helmet. No helmet, no ride no exceptions.
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
water to drink

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Gold Bar Park is on the south side of the river going north on 50st till you reach the park entrance on the east side of 50st. Proceed about 1 km down the little road to the parking lot. I'll be there with a yellow EOC cap & a light blue Toyota Matrix.

Notes:
The idea here IS to get some decent exercise but we promise to not kill anybody. You WILL be able to set you own pace & we will NOT judge you for going too slow. Please come & be ready to put some "juice" into the ride.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in EOC events.
- Please scroll through and read the entire online waiver when you sign up.
- Details of this event are subject to undergo a change at any point in time, with or without warning.
