Itinerary:
This is a mixture of paved trails, roads, and one gravel bit by the new bridge near Fort Edmonton Park. There will be several steep hills to climb and descend, so please ride in control and safely, and watch for pedestrians and dogs. I will make sure that we all stay together and gather at many points along the route, so that no one is left behind! If the weather is awful (very windy/stormy/rainy), this event will be cancelled.

Meet at the Blue Quill Community Centre at 6:00 PM for a 6:15 PM departure. We'll head west on a paved path to a recently built "awesome" bridge (2010) over the North Saskatchewan River near the Anthony Henday. Then up the hill to Cameron Heights. Weave our way north to another recently built bridge (2011) over to Fort Edmonton Park. Then heading back via Snow Valley to the cars at Blue Quill.

We will be cycling at a moderate pace of 18-21 km/hr for about 30 km. We'll take some breaks too. As this is an early season ride, I expect that some of us may walk part of the steeper hills, so please be patient.
