PRE-REGISTRATION & PAYMENT REQUIRED: Once you've reviewed the event details, and decided you'd like to join us, you MUST sign up at the bottom of this page. After you sign up at the bottom, you will be presented with information about how to pay. Late payments are NOT accepted for this event, in any circumstance.

You are STRONGLY encouraged to read this page in its entirety before signing up. If you'd like to attend, we ask that you abide by our rules and procedures as a time/cost saving process (with an end result of keeping membership free and lower cost events).

Itinerary:
Come celebrate the beginning of a New Year with the EOC! Come with your ideas of events you want to see happen in 2012, and come with your unloved Christmas gifts, for a regifting party! We have the upstairs Party Room all to ourselves, lets fill it with EOC members!

When you sign up, please indicate (in the notes section) your meal choice from the following options:

* Brewsters Burger (seven ounce Alberta beef patty, Bow Valley BBQ sauce, cheddar, sauteed mushrooms, smokehouse bacon, lettuce and tomato)
*Chicken Caesar Salad (creamy caesar dressing, grilled chicken breast, crisp romaine, smokehouse bacon, roasted garlic, parmesan and rosemary sourdough croutons)
* Crispy Chicken Ranch Burger (jalapeno panko breaded chicken, jalapeno havarti, peppercorn ranch, smokebouse bacon, lettuce and tomato)
* Brewsters Special Pizza (pepperoni, salami, spicy italian sausage, green peppers, red onion, mushrooms, fresh amorosa tomatoes and mozzarella)
* Lobster Macaroni and Cheese (baked with Panko bread crumbs, lobster, cheese sauce, Amrosa tomatoes and fresh basil. Served with House Salad and Rosemary Garlic Bread)
* Vegetarian option is Brewsters Burger without the meat! (Yves Vegie patty, Bow Valley BBQ sauce, cheddar, sauteed mushrooms, lettuce and tomato).


Your cost will also include coffee, tea or soft drink.

Alcohol beverages are not included in this package and must be paid for separately upon ordering at the restaurant.

We will do an anonymous gift exchange of the "re-gift" variety. If you wish to participate, please bring a wrapped gift ($10 - $15 value) that you didn't want or don't need. :)

Please drink responsibly and if you do drink, please arrange a safe way home.

Notes:
Please indicate your meal choice when you register. You can type it into the notes section on the regisration page.
- Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you've signed up and paid by the registration cut off date. The money must be in the EOC's possession by that date. No exceptions.
- When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met. For any events where EOC needs a minimum number of participants, there will be absolutely no refunds of money if you cancel.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in EOC events.
- Please scroll through and read the entire online waiver when you sign up.
- Details of this event are subject to undergo a change at any point in time, with or without warning.

Cost Includes:EOC members pay $17 for dinner (a portion of your dinner cost will be picked up by the EOC). Your meal includes coffee, tea or a soft drink.
