We will meet at Gold Bar (not Capilano Park) parking lot at 6:00pm, for a 6:10pm departure.

We will head SE into Gold Bar Park and Goldstick Park, where there are a number of trails to explore, with a few gradients to keep us amused.

The hike is expected to take approx 2.5 hours, and will be at a brisk pace.
Although it is generally classed as a "moderate" hike, there are some steeper sections along the way.

To recognise me at the meeting point, I will be wearing a yellow EOC baseball cap.

This is an evening hike, so please bring a flashlight or headlight.

Dogs are permitted on this hike, if you are bringing your dog(s), please remember to register them too.
