Itinerary:

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HIKE FOLLOWS A DIFFERENT ROUTING FROM THE CAPILANO HIKES USUALLY RUN BY JOANNE & MAE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE DESCRIPTION BELOW.

ALSO, PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT IT IS A LONGER EVENING HIKE - ESTIMATED AT 3.0 - 3.5 HOURS

We will meet at 5:45 pm at the parking lot in Capilano Park for a 6:00pm departure.

The hike will start by crossing the Capilano Footbridge to the north side of the river, and we will then head west past Highlands Golf Club (passing underneath Wayne Gretzky Drive) and continue NW up Kinnaird Ravine, as far as 82 Street.

Once on 82 Street, we will continue on-street to Jasper Avenue and return into the River Valley via the stairs into Dawson Park. (there are washrooms in Dawson Park if required).

We will then cross Dawson Bridge and continue east alongside Riverside Golf Course, returning to the parking lot at Capilano Park.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Head north on 50th street into the Capilano Park area.
Instead of turning right to the main parking area, continue north and take the next left to the parking area.
