Itinerary:

Brent and Rhonda are at the Sapphire Coast in New South Wales, Australia in the resort town of Merimbula. Join us for the 48th annual Emu Wrestling World Championship sponsored by South Pambula Emu Wrestling Federation (SPEWF). Anyone with prior Emu Wrestling experience may qualify for free flight and accommodation - contact SPEWF for complete details.

Entry fee is $44 AU plus a bag of Jaffas for individuals, $144 US plus two bags of Jaffas for teams of up to seven people.

Required Items to Bring:
- Head and eye protection (ie. hockey helmet)
- Heavy gloves (gardening gloves from Totem recommended)

The event coordinator(s) will help you to arrange a centralized carpool if you require it, but it's not guaranteed. Please DO NOT pay your driver en route. Passengers will pay the coordinator, and he/she will distribute the money to the carpool drivers. SO PLEASE BRING CASH!!! Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $29.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.29, effective Friday, April 25, 2025). This is based on $0.09/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divided by 9. This cost will be multiplied by the number of carpooled cars, and divided by the number of carpool participants.
