Itinerary:
This event is for current EOC volunteers - those who have their (to come out, meet one another and socialize), hopeful volunteers (to come get some information about coordinating events for the EOC), and alumni - past volunteers (who just can't let it go). Note that this applies to people who volunteer for (or want to volunteer for) the EOC - not those who have attended volunteer events (ie. Christmas Bureau). Sorry!

There will be no official club business discussed at this event, but if you are considering coordinating events for the EOC, or just want some information, come on out to meet the club's Volunteer Coordinator, Rhonda, and get some info (and meet some of our current volunteers).

Terms for food and beverages will be cash-and-carry - we will not be running a group tab. If you wish to run a tab of your own, you will have to arrange that with the staff yourself.

Make sure you check in with me, at least to say hi so that I know you're there. I will be wearing the yellow EOC ball cap. Try to arrive between 6:00 and 7:00.

If this night isn't good for you, please note that I do these about 4x/year, choosing different evenings of the week for each one. If this location is inconvenient, please feel free to send requests and suggestions for future events. For alternate locations, please make sure they would be relatively quiet and not too crowded so we can have a good gathering.
