Itinerary:
NOTE THE TIME CHANGE TO 1:00 PM TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WARMING UP IN THE AFTERNOON. MORNING IS SUPPOSED TO BE -30 WITH WIND CHILL Ski the Strathcona Wilderness center. 12 kilometers of trails of varying difficulties are available for skiing. There is a building on site to warm up, with washrooms available. The trails are not too difficult, and are usually well groomed.

Equipment rentals are available on site if you need skis. Call their office to reserve 780-922-3939.

We will meet at the main building at the SWC at 1:00 PM and ski for an hour or so, stop for tea and snack, then another round of skiing. The SWC is open until 4:30 pm
Meet at 1:00 PM (ready to ski) at the main building by the ski racks outside the front door. The coordinator lives close to this area so will meet you there. If you need a ride, please email me and I can help coordinate a ride.
