Let's Celebrate Summer with a BBQ & Potluck! (8/28/2010)

Itinerary:

Come on down to William Hawrelak Park (Picnic Shelter #2) for a BBQ & potluck plus some games to help celebrate summer & the Dragon Boaters! (They compete the weekend before.)

You will receive 2 smokies (meat/veggie) and juice! When you register, please indicate in the "Notes" section if you'd like MEAT or VEGGIE smokies. Also for the potluck, please either bring an appetizer, salad, or dessert.

Once we're done the BBQ portion of the event, we will have some fun with the games! Game options will be frisbee &/or aerobie, bocce ball, different FUN version of badminton, & whatever other games people bring!

Required Items to Bring:
Potluck item - salad/dessert
Please minimize waste by bringing your own reusable dishes & utensils (if you forget, we will supply paper plates & napkins)
Weather appropriate clothing
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
Any outdoor game
