Itinerary:
Meet at 6:15 for a 6:30 sharp departure.
They're building some new paths on the west end of town near the new Cameron Heights neighborhood. Our ride will start at the north end of "Brent's Stupid Hill" - the blocked-off section of road that is now for walkers/bikers - that connects Wedgewood Heights to Cameron Heights. Does that place have an official name? If so, let us know... if not, we'll continue to call it "Brent's Stupid Hill" since that is where Brent tortured Rhonda for training to do the Golden Triangle in 2009.

Anyway, we start off zooming down into the valley/gulley and then a grunt of a climb up the other side (thus, "Brent's Stupid Hill"), to get into the new Cameron Heights neighborhood. We may decide to explore through Cameron Heights a little bit. There is a short section of path east of where we emerge from Brent's Stupid Hill, along Chahley Way (near Chahley Landing), that we can take, which "almost" connects us onto the new path, which we will find and officially join near the Cameron Heights Dr. exit onto the Anthony Henday. Where does this path take us, exactly? We don't know, but we'll explore and find out, at our usual "Lovely River Valley" pace, of a maximum of 16km/hour. We will aim to do approximately 20km round trip depending on time, opportunities and exploring.

At the end of the ride, we will finish up with another quick trip through Brent's Stupid Hill - down and then up the far side to return to our starting point. The ambitious can arrive early to do a few "Brent's Stupid Hill" circuits, or stay late to do a few "Brent's Stupid Hill" circuits, or if you prefer to skip Brent's Stupid Hill, you may meet up with us on the Cameron Heights side instead (please put it in your notes when you register if you're going to do that so we don't wait for you at the north end).
