Itinerary:
I have a short break for lunch and want to get out for a walk. Please join me!

We will depart promptly at 12:10 (or as soon as I get there). Please be on time as I (and hopefully you) need to get back to work, but don't be alarmed if I'm not there "early" - I'll be leaving my office at noon to race over to the meeting spot myself.

Meet on the SW corner of 100 Ave and 109 St downtown. We will walk west on 100 Ave, down Victoria Park Road hill. After 15 minutes, we'll turn around and walk back (as in... UP the hill). Estimated completion time is 12:40. Estimated distance is 2.0-2.5km at a moderate pace.

My main goal is to get out... I'm not a speed walker. If exercise happens, it happens, but it's not my main goal. If you want to go fast-fast-fast, you're welcome to sign up, and we may split into two groups if necessary.

This event will be cancelled if it is exceptionally cold and/or windy.
