Write Up:
What a cool, crisp start the 22 of us had on our urban hike!

We started out at Kinsmen Park, headed west through to William Hawrelak Park where we stopped briefly to have a water break. From there we crossed over the river, headed up into a residential neighbourhood & walked along Riverside Drive then headed into the river valley again. From here we walked to Groat Bridge, crossed over the river then back to the cars.

We went approximately 12km in about 2.5 hours (this included a couple of stops along the way).

Afterwards 6 of us headed to High Level Diner for some delicious lunch & hot beverages to warm up.
