Write Up:
Thanks again for another great urban hike – despite the heat (~+30C) with not much wind. We started from the Muttart Conservatory & headed south along paved & dirt paths all the way down to Mill Creek Ravine Park South (or close to it near 63rd Ave) & back. It was definitely a good workout!

The hike took about 2 hours 30 minutes & was approximately 10km in total.

After we stuffed ourselves at Barb & Ernie’s (he’s quite the character!). Then 3 of us met up again at the BBQ, but were pretty full still…
