Sunny conditions from 6pm until well past 8pm. The weather was beautiful and the trails had a bit of everything, mostly thick ice. Other sections were covered with a mix of slush and slippery mud. The hike had to be modified due to the slippery conditions and instead of covering the trails in Patricia Ravine which have frequent elevation changes, the group stayed near the banks of the river between the Fort Edmonton Foot bridge and Terwillegar Foot bridge.
