We gathered in Hawrelack Park in the late day heat for a semi-competitive game of ultimate frisbee. We divided ourselves the elementary school way...1-2-1-2 etc. and each team took the field in whites and darks to enjoy a good game of frisbee. It was good to be out in the nice summer weather to run around and chase a small plastic disc. It was also nice to work up a sweat which did not take too long in the hot sun! We took a few 'intermissions' for water breaks and then took the field for more action. We had some newcomers to the club and sport which was a great thing!! All told, everyone had a good time and will certainly look forward to more frisbee action this summer!
