Beginner Snowshoe Feb.23,2013 A great big thank you to, Louise V. our celebrity instructor. Louise had us up and down a hill, breaking trail through reasonably deep snow, bush bashing across open spaces in knee deep snow as well as in and out of thick bush where even a rabbit would think twice about going. :-) The weather co operated with brilliant blue skies and reasonably warm temperatures. Daisy our only canine contributor kept everyone amused with her antics and at times was literally "swimming" through the deep snow to keep up. This was an excellent beginner event with lots of in-depth instruction and ample snow and open space to practice and experience "real snowshoeing". Many thanks to all our participants….
