Sat, Sep 15 2007 - City Farm - Harvest Festival (View Original Event Details)

Plenty of Sun. Started the day with a bison hotdog, then chocadilas (tortilla, choc chips and a roasted marshmallow). We harvested a pumpkin and learnt about saving seeds and bee farming and took a hike down to the river then snacked on carrots. I snuck out a zuchini and Mirka and Chris bardered with a boy for $3 of patatoes (50% off). We also purchased some garlic as well with the remaining city farm bucks we acquired when we entered. We were happy to head for home on the bus at the end of the day where we were serenaded, by children, with the song "This is the song that never ends".
