Four EOCers battled the crowds and enjoyed the exhibits at the Valley Zoo, which is much larger than the coordinator remembered it being. We had a great time watching the red panda, the seals and the sea lion, the wolves and the arctic fox. And, of course, no visit to The Valley Zoo is complete with out observing Lucy the elephant for a while. We had a close-up view of her during her walk around the Zoo when she stopped to munch on some grasses just a few feet away from us - with a fence in between us and her - safety comes first!
