Write Up:
We started out at Kinsmen Park, headed west through to William Hawrelak Park where we stopped briefly to have a water break. From there we crossed over the river, headed up into a residential neighbourhood & walked along Riverside Drive then headed into the river valley again. From here we walked to Groat Bridge, crossed over the river then back to the cars.

We went approximately 12km in about 3 hours 10 mins (this included several stops along the way).
