When another event (Six Killer Hills) was cancelled because of weather, Andrew quickly organized an alternate for those that wanted to brave the elements and get in at least some hill climbing. As per his luck, the weather turned out to be near perfect for an evening ride, although the multitude of catterpillars hanging from the trees posed quite the dodging challenge. Christy developed catterpilar lung (we told her not to snack on them) and coughed her way along for a bit, but quickly recovered. She then offered a route plan change, and made the group climb a respectable set of stairs and trudge through some mud. Fortunately redemption lay in wait with a gentle climb past some very nice houses to look at. Colleen happily concurred with the route changes and was excellent company on the ride as well. All in all it was a great ride and great conversation. Thank you all for coming out!
