Three EOCers and the coordinator's mother-in-law were given responsibility for "first point of contact" for those attending the Christmas Bureau's annual Walk-In Days on the evening of Thursday, December 22. In this role, we were responsible for providing basic information and guidance to Edmontonians looking for some assistance for the holidays and it was rewarding for us to have a chance to help in a very personal way.
