Write Up:
Today 13 of us started out in chilly weather to begin with but once we got moving, I think most of us warmed up quite nicely.

We headed out from the Kinsmen Park tennis courts on the west side of the park by the High Level Bridge. We headed west to the Cloverdale Footbridge with a few hills along the way. From there we headed to the north side of the river & looped back around through Louise McKinney Park back to High Level Bridge, crossed over then back to the cars.

We went just over 6.5km in about 1 hr. 30 mins. - good job guys!

Afterwards 10 of us headed to Brewsters in Oliver Square for some lunch.
