Edmonton Outdoor Club - WaiverBefore participating in any EOC event, you must first agree to be bound by the EOC waiver. EOC members will either be prompted to agree to the terms of the waiver when you sign up for each event, or will be sent an e-mail by the event coordinator(s) asking you to agree to the terms of the waiver.We have provided hard copy versions of our waivers below. Please note: if you are an EOC Member, you will normally agree to the terms of the waiver when you sign up for an event. You are not required to print off and sign the waiver - the text of the waiver is provided here only for back-up purposes. You are required to print, sign and bring a Non-Member Waiver for each of your adult guests. Parent(s)/guardian(s) are required to complete the Non-Member (Child) Waiver, for each child. We strongly encourage adult guests to sign up as members through the Edmonton Outdoor Club website. Children are always considered guests. All non-members, including guests and children, must complete a waiver for each and every EOC event that they attend. Note that other tour companies that we use as service providers for our events may have their own waivers that they will also require you to sign. Signatures must be witnessed at the time that the waiver is signed. If you do not have a witness, please sign the waiver in the presence of your event coordinator who can then witness your signature. |
