Itinerary:
Time for some more weekly fitness hike exercise, and no better place than the single track nature trails and some of the challenging terrain it provides. So come on out and get fit for the year round weekly hikes (**Not all Wednesday Hikes are challenge hikes, such as this one is. See details below for this tougher hike).

We will meet in the parking lot of the Fox Drive Stairs by the Alfred H. Savage Centre (the site has washrooms) at 6:50 PM. Click here for the site amenities. Come well hydrated and keep your dinner light.
We could encounter slippery trail conditions, dress accordingly with good grip shoes or hiking boots. We will start our hike by climbing the rainforest single track trails up a little know local ravine network of trails. There is a guarantee that some of you will not know where you are, and if you're even in the city anymore. Don't worry Mark has hiked and ran these trails before, but despite extensive hiking in Edmonton for most of his life, he has only recently discovered some of these trails in the last couple of years.

Intermediate walkers are welcome, but please be advised that this walk has a brisk pace with some steeper single track trails.

We will meet just outside the facility doors across from the stairs, and if it's raining we will be meeting just inside at the benches.
