Itinerary:
We'll meet in the parking lot at Muttart Conservatory at 6:15 PM for a 6:25 PM Sharp departure.

We'll bike North on the path that joins up to the parking lot and follow it until it bends right to the East.
From there we'll continue along up to the climb at You Don't Love me Hill

After that climb, there's a nice relaxing level stretch along the top of the river valley where the view is quite amazing.
Following that path northwest there are quite a few small steep hills (the Ups and Downs) and we'll continue along right into Goldbar Park
There we can stop for a few minutes and enjoy a quick snack and rest up for the return trip along the same path we took to get to Goldbar.
The round trip should be about 19km and take about two or so hours if we average 10km/hr including the short break.

Please don't get too far ahead. If someone needs to get off and push, there is nothing wrong with that, and this is meant to be a good training/exercise course.

Please note that the path is quite bumpy so if you have a hybrid or mountain bike it may be a bit better suited than a road bike.
