We will hike to the staircase and do some fun drills to increase fitness for backpacking, snowshoeing and skiing events. Each person will take turns leading the group up the staircase with different movement variations. The staircase offers beautiful views of the rivervalley! Come out and socialize and get to know some of the club members.

We will meet in Wolf Willow Ridge at the designated Fort Edmonton Footbridge-parallel- parking-section located on Wanyandi Way, west of its intersection with Wize Court. Below is a google maps link to the exact meeting location

Follow Wanyandi Way a short distance along, and you will see permitted/signed curbside parking for Fort Edmonton Footbridge on the right side of Wanyandi Way, west of its intersection with Wize Court.
MEET by the WIZE COURT intersection.
