Itinerary:
Welcome to my 3rd my backpack condition hikes. To begin we are working on endurance as trips can be any distance, but seem longer and take longer when you are wearing a full back. Today we will add some uphills into the equation.

This week we will meet at Gold Bar Park and follow the cross country trails.

Remember to wear a full daypack. Experienced backpackers once again challenge yourself.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:To get to Gold Bar Park, exit 50th St. and travel N. off the Whitemud. Travel all the way until you see the sign for Gold Bar Park, (east side of the street). Depending on where you live you may want to check google maps from your start location.


Notes:
If you need to cancel AFTER the cut off you must contact the coordinator as you will not be able to take yourself off the list.
