I'm trying to make this a weekly thing!

We will meet in the parking lot at Fort Edmonton Park at 6:15 p.m. for registration and leave at 6:30 p.m. for the hike.
We will be walking from the Fort Edmonton parking lot to the Stairs by Whitemud creek, and climbing the stairs a couple of times, then hiking along the river by the Whitemud Equine Center, skirting the slope slump area, across the footbridge connecting Hawrelak Park to the Buena Vista Off Leash area, through Laurier Park, across the Quesnell Bridge, and back to the cars. Some sections of the trail are steep and they can be slippery when wet. Good footwear is essential.
Dress for the weather! Most of this has been ice free for a while now, so the footing should be good unless it snows again.
Donna drives a silver Dodge Caravan, and you can see my photo on the Coordinators page.
