Itinerary:
Meet in the parking lot by the Snow Valley Ski Centre at 6:30pm for a 6:45pm start. I will be standing with my red shiba inu/husky puppy near the ski centre. Here is a Google Maps link to the meeting place: Snow Valley location. From Snow Valley, we will walk north through Whitemud Park as far as Fort Edmonton, possibly the bridge, then loop back towards the ski lodge
  • Difficulty: the walk will be at a "moderate" pace (4km/h)
  • Dogs are very welcome on this hike but must be leashed as per city bylaws.
  • Half the walk will be in the night time so bring your headlamp or let the moon light your way.
  • **Please keep an eye on the weather forecast and your emails before the event, as it could be postponed in the case of severe weather (eg. tornado) - I also take into account driving conditions to/from events. :)**

    How to Get There:
    Event Directions:To access Snow Valley, leave Whitemud Drive at 119 St / 122 St, head down Rainbow Valley Road and pass underneath Whitemud Drive. Continue to the parking lot by the ski centre building.
